David Dooling oversees the Analysis Developers, Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), and the Information Systems groups at The Genome Center at Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine. He is focused on bringing a wide range of scientific and computational disciplines to bear on problems in genomics and medicine. He has extensive experience with massively parallel (next-generation) sequencing technologies informatics, including 454, Solexa (Illumina), and SOLiD (AB). He received his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University. David is also a member of the Young Professionals Board of the St. Louis Crisis Nursery.
